Josh Swickard, of General Hospital fame, is all set to welcome his third baby with his wife, actress and writer Lauren Swickard. The couple made the announcement with a video on Instagram earlier this week.

On January 5, 2026, General Hospital’s Josh Swickard and his wife, Lauren, posted an Instagram video, announcing that they’re expecting their third baby together.
They shared a video featuring clips of themselves spending time with their kids on their farm and a few clips of Lauren showcasing her new baby bump. The video was also accompanied by a caption: “Exciting New Year’s update from the Swickard fam. @joshswickard just a couple more months…”
Josh and Lauren first met in 2017 while filming for their movie, Roped, which was later released in 2020. However, the couple started their life together after exchanging vows in 2019. Since then, the couple has welcomed two children—daughter Savannah Kaye Swickard in April 2021, and son Arthur in 2023. Now, two years later, they’re expanding their family with another.
Josh is an actor best known for portraying Detective Harrison Chase on ABC’s General Hospital since 2018. Apart from that, he also starred in movies like A Hollywood Christmas and Holiday in the Vineyards.
On the other hand, Lauren is an actress, writer, and producer, known for writing several holiday romantic movies. She wrote A California Christmas (2020) and A California Christmas: City Lights (2021), both of which she starred in alongside her husband. She also made a brief appearance on General Hospital in 2023.
The couple originally lived in LA, but later moved to a farmhouse in November 2023. They shared the news with an Instagram post. They wrote, “After a 9 month farmhouse renovation, we are so happy to tell the world…….WE BOUGHT A FARM! We know we have a looooot to learn, and so many memories to make. Saying bye to Los Angeles was bittersweet, but we are looking forward to the next chapter!”
