Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown leaving rumors explained
The Sister Wives star Janelle Brown, who has been on the TLC show for 20 seasons, recently made a series of Instagram posts. These posts have her fans concerned about her possible departure from the reality show.
“I used to think I’d ‘broken’ at certain points in my life,” Brown wrote on an Instagram post on December 21, 2025, “Leaving the show… leaving a marriage… starting over at an age where everyone expects you to have it all figured out. I kept looking at the pieces and thinking something must be wrong with me.”
She continued in the post, “Standing where I am, I can see it differently…None of those moments were breaking points. They were shedding points. Old expectations…Old identities that were never really mine.”
This seemed to hint that Brown was planning to do something entirely new.
Moreover, in a post from two days earlier, Brown wrote, “For so long I felt like I was running to catch up with the version of me the world created… the strong one, the steady one, the one who didn’t bend even when things were heavy.”
Brown is seemingly in her farm era. She is currently growing her Taeda Farms business with her eldest daughter, Madison. “It’s nothing I ever pictured for myself, not even close,” Brown wrote while speaking about the next chapter of her life, “But now that I’m in it, it’s like my whole body finally said, ‘Oh… this is what we’ve needed.”
She had also previously hinted in an interview that she was ready to explore the next chapter of her life.
It is not clear if Janelle Brown is leaving right away. However, it seems that fans have the right to be concerned about this development.
