Adrenaline is coming to home audiences next month. The 2023 race-against-the-clock thriller has set its digital release date.
Adrenaline will become available on Digital and Demand on Tuesday, November 24, 2026. Massimiliano Cerchi directed the movie, based on a story he wrote with screenwriter Adrian Milnes. Meanwhile, Andrei Lupu, Lellen Maric, Phillip B. Goldfine, Kevin Weisberg, and Lou Paik serve as the producers.
The movie stars Louis Mandylor and Costas Mandylor. The latter is best known for playing Detective Mark Hoffman in the Saw films.

What happens in the Adrenaline trailer?
Adrenaline is a crime action movie that follows an uneasy alliance between an FBI agent and a criminal as they try to save the former’s family.
The official synopsis of Adrenaline reads, “A family vacation takes a terrifying turn when the daughter of a relentless female FBI agent is kidnapped by savage killers. With any hope of saving the young girl slipping away, an avenging mother teams with a street-smart criminal to teach her captors the true meaning of justice. Action hero Louis Mandylor stars in this electrifying thriller.”
The trailer, released by Lionsgate Movies, opens with a man and a woman fighting ruthlessly in a forest. It then cuts to the female FBI agent, who decides to take a much-needed break and go on vacation with her family.
The preview also features the tagline, “The only thing more dangerous than hunting your target is becoming one.”
However, the trip soon takes a devastating turn when a group of killers attack her family and kidnap their daughter. She later finds out that the gang plans to harvest the kid’s organs. Desperate to get her daughter back, she teams up with a fugitive criminal. What follows is a deadly race against the clock to save her family.
In addition to Louis Mandylor, Adrenaline’s cast members include Costas Mandylor, Constance Payne, Adam Saini, Alexander Hauck, Stephen L. Satterfield, Florin Kevorkian, James Stokes, Iacob Catalin Vladut, Iulian Cuza, and more.
