The cause of beloved Rocky Horror Picture Show star Tim Curry’s death has reportedly been revealed. The British actor worked in the entertainment industry for many decades and passed away on August 25, 2026.
According to documents obtained by People, Curry died of coronary artery disease. The documents were obtained by the outlet from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. The records also listed a history of stroke and kidney cancer. However, these conditions were not the underlying cause of the actor’s demise. Curry was reportedly struggling with serious health issues for over ten years. The documents also reveal that the actor never underwent any surgery for the mentioned health problems.
