A new free streaming service is bringing more than 13,000 hours of content to viewers. It will feature movies, series, originals, and popular genre favorites throughout the year. Tubi is launching the Terror on Tubi Hub as Halloween approaches. The platform says viewers streamed more than 53 million hours of horror content on its service.
The new destination will keep horror available beyond the Halloween season. It brings movies, series, Tubi Originals, and creator-led projects together in one place.
Chief Content Officer Adam Lewinson said, “Horror isn’t seasonal. For millions of fans, it’s their version of comfort viewing: something they return to ritualistically all year round. We custom-built Terror on Tubi to give that fandom a home so they can indulge in what they already love and then follow the rabbit hole to discover something unexpected.”
What horror fans can expect from the new hub this fall
The Terror on Tubi Hub will feature original movies, creator-exclusive series, and established horror titles. Its original film lineup includes Buzzkill and R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead 2.
Buzzkill follows sorority sisters who become trapped with a killer. While Pumpkinhead 2 centers on a new curse threatening the town of Redhaven.
The creator lineup includes Carter’s Haunted House, Creepers, Unlikely Co-Hosts, Ghost Hunting, and Unlisted. The shows cover haunted attractions, paranormal investigations, monsters, and mysterious disappearances.
Fans can also watch 28 Weeks Later, Event Horizon, The Faculty, From Dusk Till Dawn, and Pet Sematary. Other selections include Queen of the Damned, Slender Man, Tales from the Hood, and Are You Afraid of the Dark?
The hub will be available across web, mobile, and connected devices. It will also launch in Canada, the U.K., Australia, Mexico, and Latin America. Each international market will receive a locally tailored selection of horror titles. The lineup will cater to the viewing preferences of fans in those regions.
