Michael B. Jordan and Austin Butler‘s Miami Vice ’85 movie has added a renowned MCU star. The upcoming cop drama will be an original take on the classic 1980s drama TV series of the same name.

Hollywood star Alden Ehrenreich has joined the Miami Vice ’85 cast, reports Deadline. The popular actor played Joe McGillicuddy in last year’s MCU TV show Ironheart.

Notably, Ehrenreich received huge admiration and recognition earlier this year for his role in Becky Shaw. He won the Tony Award for his performance as Max Garrett. It’s reported that Ehrenreich had multiple offers, but he eventually decided to star alongside Oscar winner Michael B. Jordan, who won the Best Actor Academy Award this year for Ryan Coogler‘s Sinners.
