After Molly Sims graduated from Murray High School, she had her sights on becoming a lawyer. She attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. She was also a competitive swimmer. But at the suggestion of her roommate, Molly submitted a few photographs of herself to a modeling agency. She subsequently got a call from NEXT Models. At 19, Molly dropped out to pursue a career in modeling.

She traveled to London, Germany and Milan for gigs and appeared in magazines such as Elle, Vogue, and Madame Figaro. She has also done advertising campaigns for Nautica, Armani, Chanel, Maindenform and Victoria's Secret.

Molly Sims became an official spokesmodel for Old Navy ads using the tagline "You gotta get this look!" Her big modeling gig included appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue for a total of five times.

She was also a CoverGirl model.

Molly Sims' big break into hosting came with MTV's "House of Style," replacing Rebecca Romijn. Making the transition to acting made her nervous but she said, "I've spent [time] really studying acting. I think it's important to come from a humble place. Just because I could model didn't automatically mean I could act" (

Other film roles followed, including parts in "Starsky & Hutch," "The Benchwarmers," "Yes Man" and "The Pink Panther 2," among others. TV roles include parts in "Royal Pains" and the aforementioned "Las Vegas."

In 2004, Molly launched Grayce, a jewelry line consisting of necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets.

When asked years earlier about her relationship with Stephan Dessaint, Molly Sims said she learned that "timing is everything. Even though things aren't right now, they may be later on. Or they might not be, which is sad. I've also learned that sometimes, no matter how much you want things to work, you have to accept that sometimes they just don't."

She also added her ideal man is "someone who can make me laugh.and he has to have confidence and be secure in who he is. I don't like competition in relationships."

Molly Sims married film producer Scott Stuber in September 2011. In June 2012, she gave birth to their first child, Brooks Alan Stuber. Also check out: The hottest women from California and New York.
