Keri Lynn Russell was born on March 23, 1976 in Fountain Valley, California. However, this would not remain any sort of permanent home, as her father, David, was a Nisson Motors executive, and hence, the family had to do it's share of moving around. So Keri, along with her father, mother, brother and sister, lived in a vast number of locations growing up, including Coppell, Texas; Mesa, Arizona; and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Along the way, Keri became quite the accomplished dancer, as well as a young actress. This lead her to her very first role on Disney's "The All New Mickey Mouse Club" from 1991 to 1994.

Even though she was technically still a Mouseketeer, in 1992, Keri landed a role in the film "Honey, I Blew Up the Kid," and then continued to book several guest spots on television shows, as well as the occasional TV movie as well. By 196, she booked her first starring role on the TV series, "Malibu Shores," even though it only ended up lasting 10 episodes. After continued guest spots on the small screen, Keri caught her big break in 1998 when she was cast as the lead on the WB series, "Felicity." The show lasted four seasons and is easily still the role she is remembered as best to this day.

Of course, Keri's career didn't end with Felicity by a long shot. During the shows run, she was even cast in several movies, including Mel Gibson war drama, "We Were Soldiers." Yes, she did take a bit of a break from television and film after "Felicity" to act on stage in the play "Fat Pig," but after a few short years, she was back to being in front of the camera. Her most notable films since returning to acting onscreen include "Mission: Impossible III" in 2006 and "Waitress" the very next year. She also again plays a lead role on the FX drama series, "The Americans."
