One of the most memorable scenes in the DC animated film, Son of Batman involved the new Robin, Damian Wayne squaring off against the original Robin, Dick Grayson aka Nightwing. However, most of their fight was relegated to a few still shots that ran during the credits.
Next week, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment are releasing Batman vs. Robin, an animated sequel to Son of Batman with Jason O’Mara. Stuart Allan and Sean Maher reprising their roles as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Damian Wayne and Dick Grayson, respectively. Jeremy Sisto, Grey Griffin, David McCallum, Kevin Conroy and Weird Al Yankovic round out the cast as Batman and his son are pitted against each other by the enigmatic Court of Owls.
Warner Bros. has released a preview scene from Batman vs. Robin that features the long awaited rematch between Damian Wayne and Dick Grayson. And judging from this clip, it’s a pretty one sided fight…
Batman vs. Robin is available now via digital download. The Blu-ray and DVD release will follow on Tuesday, April 14.
