We’ve seen ridiculous displays of gamesmanship over the years, even from the Pacers’ Lance Stephenson. However, the forward outdone himself during Wednesday night’s Game 5 win over the Heat when he decided to give a gentle blow into LeBron James’ ear during the 4th quarter.
