‘Community’ Season 5 Trailer: Mr. Winger

There are so many questions about “Community” Season 5 that it’s hard to know where to begin.

Can returning showrunner Dan Harmon recapture the magic of the first three seasons and pull “Community” out of its season 4 nosedive? Who’s going to step and fill the void left by Chevy Chase? What’s going to happen to Pierce? And how will be Troy (Donald Glover) be written out of the show?

We’ll discover some of those answers when “Community” returns to NBC next month. But in the meantime, NBC has released a new full length trailer for “Community” Season 5 that reveals exactly how Jeff Winger (Joel McHale) makes his way back to Greendale and offers a first glimpse of Jonathan Banks’ new character!

“Community” Season 5 will premiere on Thursday, January 2 on NBC.
