The world’s most expensive player drilled the ball past World Cup winning Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon to make it 2-1 against Juventus, a goal which will likely come as a huge relief to the former Spurs man, after he received criticism from the Spanish press following his performance against Barcelona in El Clasico.

However, Real Madrid weren’t able to keep their lead, as Fernando Llorente scored an equaliser in the 65th minute to the La Liga giants only took one point from the match.

The game also see Cristiano Ronaldo’s 21st goal in just 16 games, as the Portuguese international continues his fantastic run of form.
