Look How NYC Dog Owners Are Beating The ‘No Dogs Allowed On The Subway’ Rule

As someone who rides subways almost everyday, I don’t understand why you would want to torture your pet by bringing them onto the subway — you know, the same place where you’re very likely to see someone pleasure himself, smell a batch of urine, get some sort of disease and have a dude ask you for money all in one trip. But guess what? Some dog owners love bringing their pet along for the ride, but the rules state you can’t do that. Let us explain.

This is the rule according to the MTA:

“No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container.”

So you can’t just bring them on on a leash, your pet has to be in something. Well, NYC folks are smart and creative (some of them), so let’s take a look at how they are following the rule and still riding along with their pal.

Yep, that works.
