Beef Media: Kanye, Deadmau5 Get Hilariously Vicious Over Piracy

Tidal force-feeder Kanye West slipped up Tuesday night when he tweeted a picture of his computer, with an open tab for pirating synthesizer software Serum, as well as the Pirate Bay – the leading resource for access to his latest album The Life of Pablo for those who rejected the idea of subscribing to a deeply flawed subscription music service for an unfinished album after a spazzy, half-start release. It also happens to be the latest recipient of a lawsuit threat from the mercurial rapper – to which they laughed heartily.

Fellow Tidal investor and EDM antagonist Deadmau5 (real name Joel Zimmerman), never one to miss an opportunity to trash talk, took aim at the egomaniacal Hobbit fetishist for the hypocrisy, calling West a “dick”:
