Deftones Share Epic ‘Prayers/Triangles’ From New Album ‘Gore’

Sacramento hard rock heroes Deftones have announced an April 8 release for their new album, Gore, and now we’ve got a taste of what’s to come via the atmospheric juggernaut “Prayers/Triangles”.

The track, featured on the followup to 2012’s magnificent Koi No Yokan, was premiered on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio Show. And while we’re still waiting for the arrival of the mysterious shelved album Eros which Chino exclusively told us would someday see the light, the arrival of “Prayers/Triangles” gives us quite a bit of hope for Gore.

Goosebumps. This is gonna be good.
