The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 is heading to Netflix next week, giving subscribers opportunity to catch up with the hit spin-off before its final chapter arrives. According to What’s on Netflix, the third season will be added to the streaming platform on July 19, 2026.
The third season first aired on AMC and AMC+ between September 7 and October 19, 2025. Directed by Paco Cabezas and Daniel Percival, the season arrived shortly after AMC confirmed in July 2025 that the series would conclude with a fourth and final season, which is expected to premiere in 2026.
Season 3 follows Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier after they reach London, only to discover the city deserted and overrun by walkers. Their search for a route back to the United States leads them to Julian Chamberlain, who agrees to take them across the Atlantic aboard his sailboat. However, the journey ends abruptly when severe weather destroys the vessel, leaving the group stranded on Spain’s Costa da Morte and Carol seriously injured.
The season stars Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon alongside Eduardo Noriega as Antonio, Alexandra Masangkay as Paz, Hugo Arbués as Roberto, Candela Saitta as Justina de Rivera, and Greta Fernández as Elena among others.
The third season received a favorable response from critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, it holds an 83 percent critics’ score based on six reviews. Meanwhile, the audience score stands at 60 percent. Shawn Van Horn of Collider reported, “The best part of Season 3, outside of the excellent premiere episode, is that it’s actually filmed in Spain where old buildings spiral through mountaintops. The series is beautiful to look at.”
