Avengers Infinity War Release Date Moves Up

Great news for Marvel fans as the studio decided to move up the date of release for their juggernaut movie Avengers: Infinity War. Instead of dropping on May 4, superhero movies fans will get to see Captain America and a very large company a week earlier, on April 27.

The most likely reasoning behind the decision is that Marvel wants to put more time in between its release and the arrivals of Deadpool 2 (May 18th) and Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 25th). The third standalone, or better said stand-together, Avengers movie will be debuting against a crime drama Kings — featuring Daniel Craig and Halle Berry, an Amy Schumer comedy I Feel Pretty, thriller Traffik with Paula Patton. All feeble competitors in terms of weekend box office earnings.

A story standing on almost a decade of build up is being announced by Marvel as the “deadliest showdown of all time” which won’t be a difficult thing to envision seeing how there are around 40 heroes in the movie. And the fact that a lot of the actors have their contracts running up.

Marvel has just another movie coming out this year, Ant-Man and the Wasp on July 6, before releasing a Captain Marvel movie with Brie Larson in March of 2019 and then the fourth, still untitled, Avengers movie in early May. Oh, and there are 20 more Marvel movies coming after that.

Check out the trailer for Avengers Infinity War.
