Jeez, even Krang from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles would find nothing sexy about the video you are soon to witness. That’s gotta say something, right?

If you’ve ever woken up in the middle of the night with an excruciating pain in your leg, you know exactly what Angel Bermudez is going through here. Except in most cases, the pain is a bit more swift and will go away if you get up and walk around a little (although you probably won’t be able to move you foot much at first). But before we get into what causes these bedtime buzzkills, let’s take a look the worst case we’ve ever seen captured on film:

Calf Cramp Video Looks More Like A Pulsating Brain

We’d say we feel his pain, but then again, that’s unlike any cramp we’ve ever experienced before.

As for what causes these nasty spasms, you’re looking at exercise, not enough potassium/calcium, or just plain dehydration (among a few others). So what’s the best way to get rid of them? Hell if we know. We’re a humor site, not health and fitness gurus. My grandma used to tell me to chug pickle juice. There are few instances where I’d rather die than try, and that’s certainly one of them. But by all means feel free to give it a try sometime, you sick freak (sorry, Grams).
