Exclusive Preview | Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 # 2

In the ’60s, the Batman TV series pulled off a crossover with the Green Hornet. But a few decades later, Batman ’66 has not only reunited with the Green Hornet, he’s also teamed up with The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and even TV’s Avengers, Steed and Mrs. Peel! But now it’s time for the Caped Crusader to join forces with the Amazon princess, Wonder Woman!

The new digital first comic book series Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 is the first official crossover between two of DC’s early television shows. But as it turns out, the first meeting of Batman and Wonder Woman took place decades earlier when Bruce Wayne was a child. More surprisingly, Bruce met and befriended Talia al Ghul, his future lover and the daughter of one of Batman’s greatest enemies: Ra’s al Ghul! In this exclusive preview from tomorrow’s second chapter, young Bruce and Talia get a first hand view of Wonder Woman making sure the Nazis don’t get what they came for…and Steve Trevor helped a little too.

Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 Chapter # 2 was written by Jeff Parker & Marc Andreyko, with art by David Hahn and Karl Kesel, and colors by Madpencil Studios, with a cover by the sensational husband and wife team of Michael and Laura Allred! Here’s DC’s solicitation text for the second chapter:

“After bonding with Talia al Ghul and escaping a dull party for grown-ups, Bruce is shocked to discover that not all adults are boring. Witness his first encounter with one of the greatest heroes the world has ever known: Wonder Woman!“
