Russell Brand accuser’s ‘lizard-like tongue’ claim emerges in police interview played in court

According to TMZ, an accuser’s account during a 2023 police interview was played in court. The woman claimed that she decided to come forward after watching a documentary detailing allegations of misconduct against Brand.

She recounted meeting Brand after a theatre performance. He reportedly suggested that she come to his hotel room. Once she arrived at the hotel room, Brand allegedly stripped down to his underwear. The accuser expressed surprise and asked, “No, what are you doing?”

She alleged that Brand groped her and continued kissing her as she tried to stop him. She also described Brand’s tongue as “lizard-like”.

The woman further alleged that Brand undressed her and raped her. Recalling the experience, she said, “It was not nice; it was painful. He just wanted to ejaculate, and that’s what he did.”

The woman added that Brand allegedly behaved nonchalantly afterward, acting as if nothing had happened. She recalled feeling “dirty” and believing that the alleged assault was her fault.

The woman’s allegations were heard as part of Brand’s trial in England, which began this week. He faces seven charges involving six women, including three counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault and one count of indecent assault. The alleged offenses date from 1999 to 2009.

Brand has pleaded not guilty to all seven charges.

Brand’s legal troubles began in 2025 when British authorities charged him with offenses involving four women. Additional charges involving two more women were authorized in December 2025.

Following initial allegations, Brand declared on social media: “But what I never was, was a rapist. I’ve never engaged in nonconsensual activity.”

The court proceedings will determine the outcome of the criminal allegations against him.
