According to TMZ, Maguire officiated the wedding at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii. Wedding photos show him in the center as the couple exchanged vows. He appeared to be enjoying himself as the couple shared a kiss surrounded by flowers. His presence at the ceremony highlighted the cordial relationship between the former spouses.
The wedding also attracted a star-studded guest list. Leonardo DiCaprio attended with his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, while Jeff Bezos, Courteney Cox, and Rachel Zoe were also among the reported guests.
Meyer, 49, and Ogunlesi, 34, celebrated their marriage with family and friends, including Meyer’s two children with Maguire. Their daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17, also participated in the festivities, making it a family affair.
The newlyweds have reportedly welcomed a baby together over the summer, adding a member to their blended family.
Meyer, 49, and Maguire, 51, met in 2003 while he was filming Seabiscuit. They married in Hawaii in 2007 and welcomed two children. The couple announced their separation in 2016, after nine years of marriage, and Meyer filed for divorce in 2020. Their divorce was finalized on September 21, 2026.
Meyer’s relationship with Ogunlesi came years after her divorce from Maguire. They were first linked in 2023 and announced their engagement in Aug. 2024. Ogunlesi is the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi. He runs the entertainment management company The Ogunlesi Group.
Despite the split, the couple’s camaraderie was visible at the ceremony. They continue to co-parent their children.
