Andrew Tate’s Attorney Gives Horse Allegations Very On-Brand Response

Andrew Tate’s legal fight has taken another strange turn after British prosecutors made disturbing claims about material allegedly linked to him. His attorney, Joseph McBride, has strongly rejected the allegations. He also says Tate responded to one claim with a joke that fits his usual public persona. McBride insists the evidence does not show that Tate watched or shared the material.

Andrew Tate lawyer Joseph McBride rejects bestiality allegations

McBride spoke to TMZ after prosecutors filed documents connected to the UK’s effort to extradite Tate from the United States. The documents allege that authorities found extreme pornography involving a horse and an eel on an electronic device linked to Tate. Prosecutors also accuse Tate of possessing other extreme material and images involving a minor. McBride denies those allegations and says authorities cannot prove Tate’s connection to the material.

According to McBride, Tate responded to the horse allegation by telling him, “This is horses.” The attorney said Tate “of course has a sense of humor about this stuff.” McBride also rejected the idea that Tate has an interest in bestiality. He described Tate as a “multiple-woman guy” and said supermodels pursue him.

McBride also offered an explanation for the videos prosecutors cited. He said police found a phone during a raid at a UK house many years ago and later examined its contents. According to the attorney, a group chat involving several mixed martial arts fighters contained videos intended to shock and disgust the participants. McBride said one video showed “some guy banging a horse,” but he insisted prosecutors have no proof that Tate sent, watched or appeared in it.

McBride also said police no longer have the phone and only produced a report about its alleged contents. Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, face UK allegations that include rape, assault, human trafficking, controlling prostitution for gain and extreme pornography. Federal agents arrested the brothers in Miami in July after UK authorities sought them. UK prosecutors formally requested their extradition in September, and the brothers remain in Miami while fighting the request.
