Pete Davidson jokes he’d make more money on OnlyFans after slamming influencers
Speaking to Variety, Davidson discussed the significant profits made by internet influencers who regularly document their daily routines. He said, “People do really crazy sh*t on the internet. It’s bad, and it makes me sad, you know, and girls are just talking to themselves on there, and they’re like, ‘Okay, come get ready with me,’ and I’m like, ‘Who the f*ck are you? What do you do?’ Nothing. What the f*ck is this?”
The Saturday Night Live alum continued by pointing to influencers who he claimed could make “$40 million a year.” He then remarked, “The world’s broken.” From there, he turned his attention to TikTok, criticizing women his age who post videos of themselves saying a phrase before performing a dance. He questioned why they would make such content and called the trend “insane” and “lame.”
Amid his criticism of the influencer economy, the Bupkis star joked about leaving acting behind and revealed what he could pursue next. “I do think about it once a week; I’m like, should I just start an OnlyFans and show soft c*ck? Like really tight underwear and soft c*ck and retire, or just keep trying? I don’t know if it all goes to fail; I could just soft c*ck it.”
As Davidson weighed his future in entertainment, he continued working on new acting projects. His upcoming film slate included Tommy Karate, a crime thriller, and That Time We Met, a cosmic romantic comedy, alongside Ella Purnell. Neither film had received an official release date.
