Rachel Zoe is facing fresh criticism from Rodger Berman’s girlfriend, Bree Jacoby, over the way their relationship has played out on RHOBH. Jacoby pushed back on Rachel’s version of events and told the stylist to “get a new story line” instead of focusing on her romance with Berman.

The latest tension followed an RHOBH clip in which Rachel reacted to Berman’s affectionate birthday post for Jacoby. Jacoby responded publicly on Instagram and challenged Rachel’s portrayal of the situation.
According to OK! Magazine, Jacoby argued that Rachel had already wanted out of the marriage. She said Rachel should stop centering her relationship with Berman. Jacoby also told her to “get a new story line.”
Jacoby further defended her relationship with Berman. She said she cares most about their relationship and his children. The stylist also accused Rachel of refusing to take accountability for her own behavior.
Still, Jacoby said she wishes Rachel well and hopes she finds happiness. However, she said she does not want her relationship with Berman to become part of Rachel’s RHOBH storyline.
The conflict has been building for months.
Jacoby had already pushed back once before. After Rachel discussed Berman’s new relationship on the show, Jacoby told her to leave her alone. She also denied that she had done anything wrong.
Rachel and Berman announced their separation in 2024 after 26 years of marriage. Rachel later filed for divorce in 2025.
Since joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Rachel has spoken openly about their split and co-parenting. She has also discussed the emotional fallout from ending such a long marriage. Rachel previously admitted there was “a lot” she did not share about Berman.
That openness has made the divorce a recurring part of Rachel’s return to reality TV. Jacoby has objected to becoming part of that storyline.
For Rachel Zoe, the breakup may remain part of her RHOBH journey. Jacoby, meanwhile, wants her relationship with Rodger Berman left out of it.
