Tom Sandoval has secured a long-term restraining order against ex Victoria Lee Robinson. The order requires Robinson to remain at least 100 yards away from the former Vanderpump Rules star. The ruling comes after months of legal conflict stemming from a June confrontation at Sandoval’s home.
Sandoval secured a restraining order requiring Victoria Lee Robinson to stay 100 yards away and avoid all contact
According to Page Six, a Los Angeles judge approved the order on Oct. 1. The order will remain in effect until Oct. 1, 2028.
Robinson cannot contact Sandoval directly or indirectly. She must also remain at least 100 yards away from him and immediately move out of his Los Angeles residence.
The court also requires Robinson to leave if she and Sandoval attend the same event. The case stems from a June 3 confrontation at Sandoval’s Los Angeles home. Footage later showed part of the heated fight involving Sandoval, Victoria and her father, Will Robinson.
Sandoval alleged that Robinson struck him during the dispute. He also claimed her father, Will Robinson, damaged property and became physically aggressive.
Robinson later filed her own restraining-order request. She accused Sandoval of physical and verbal abuse during their relationship. A judge denied her temporary request.
The breakup soon spilled into public view. In one post-split confrontation, Robinson shouted at Sandoval outside the home they had shared.
Their legal battle continued through the summer.
More recently, Robinson’s family faced another complication when her attorney asked to stop representing her father. That court filing came just days before the latest ruling.
Sandoval and Robinson started dating in early 2024. Their relationship followed Sandoval’s highly publicized split from Ariana Madix.
The pair later faced repeated breakup rumors. In May, fans noticed that they had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Their relationship then unraveled completely after the June confrontation. For Tom Sandoval, the new order marks a major legal development in the former couple’s dispute.
For now, Victoria Lee Robinson must stay 100 yards away and avoid all contact through 2028.
