According to the Daily Mail, Kidman has entered a busy era following her divorce from Urban. The couple announced their separation in 2025 and finalized their divorce in 2026. Kidman and Urban share two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, from their 19-year marriage.
“Nicole has certainly come out of the divorce smelling like a rose. Her life looks like a fairytale; she has it all,” a Daily Mail source said. “She’s not just beautiful but wicked smart, so no one should be surprised that she handled the divorce so well. She is extremely savvy.”
Kidman has remained in the spotlight since the split. She attended Paris Fashion Week with her daughters. Additionally, the actress appeared at the Emmys for the first time in nine years. She also promoted her movie Practical Magic 2 alongside Sandra Bullock. The movie has already generated more than $93 million worldwide.
The actress appeared alongside Bullock on a podcast, where they shared some lighthearted moments. Bullock read out a question from a woman who complained about hating the music her boyfriend loved. “This is a tricky one… Nicole?” she said. Kidman responded, “Find something you like in it [the music]. Give him a compliment. Something! Give him a bone.”
Fellow performers have praised Kidman’s public profile. In August, Charli XCX called her “one of our last truly legendary movie stars,” adding, “She came to my show in New York when I was on the Brat tour. I couldn’t believe she came. Like, the Nicole Kidman is at my show… what the f***?”
Kidman’s professional life has also remained busy, with the actress taking on multiple projects. One insider told the Daily Mail that she is “taking project after project,” although they cautioned that she “might even be doing too much and overextending herself.”
