Hailey Glassman revealed that her relationship with ex-boyfriend Jon Gosselin had evolved into a close friendship years after their breakup.
The RHONY Season 16 cast member said she now considered Gosselin family. She had also developed a positive relationship with his wife, Stephanie Gosselin.

Glassman confirmed her current relationship with Gosselin when someone asked whether they remained friends.
“Yeah, we’re very close. We’re family,” she said.
As per Bravo their friendship had not continued uninterrupted after their breakup. Glassman later explained that they stopped communicating for several years before Gosselin eventually contacted her again.
“We took about maybe a couple of years of not talking, and then he reached out to me apologizing to me,” Glassman told Page Six. “He wrote me a letter apologizing and this and that and then we met up, and then we just were family ever since.”
Their reconciliation eventually extended to Gosselin’s wife. Glassman said she planned to spend Thanksgiving with the couple and praised Stephanie.
“And I love his wife, Steph, she’s wonderful,” she said.
The three also reunited publicly in September at the Real Housewives of New York City Season 16 premiere party. Stephanie later shared a photo with Hailey Glassman and Gosselin on Instagram while discussing their friendship.
Glassman also revealed that Gosselin supported her becoming a Real Housewife. When asked how he felt about the development, she said he considered it “well deserved.”
Her comments came while she discussed misconceptions that had followed her since her relationship with Gosselin. Glassman specifically mentioned the “home wrecker” label and said people had created a villainous image of her that did not reflect how she viewed herself.
She also spoke positively about Gosselin’s son Collin, who was in town for his book tour.
“I am so proud of Colin. I’m so very proud,” Glassman said.
