The outlet reported that the ceremony took place privately in Los Angeles, with few details emerging about the celebration. Their public debut happened in February at the César Awards, where Carrey accepted an honorary award. Min Ah sat alongside his daughter Jane and grandson Jackson during the ceremony.
Carrey then thanked his family during his acceptance speech before addressing Min Ah directly. “Thank you to my sublime companion, Min Ah. I love you, Min Ah,” he said during the speech. The couple had reportedly been spotted together as early as February 2022. They were photographed leaving a charity comedy show hosted by Judd Apatow at Largo in Los Angeles, according to PEOPLE.
Carrey’s reported marriage marked his third trip down the aisle. He married former actress and Comedy Store waitress Melissa Womer in 1987, and they later welcomed daughter Jane. Their marriage ended in 1995. Carrey then married his “Dumb and Dumber” co-star Lauren Holly in 1996, and their marriage ended in 1997.
His later relationships included a high-profile romance with Jenny McCarthy from 2005 to 2010. He also dated his “Kidding” co-star Ginger Gonzaga after their 2019 Golden Globes celebration appearance.
