Frankie Muniz shared cryptic posts amid ongoing challenges in his NASCAR career and divorce. The actor-turned-racer has also reflected on a difficult period in his life, describing the past six weeks as a “nightmare.”
Frankie Muniz is facing uncertainty in his NASCAR career amid his ongoing divorce
According to Page Six, a source claimed Muniz has struggled in racing this year, particularly in the truck series, while performing better in another racing series.
“He hasn’t done well in racing this year. He’s struggling in the truck series, but he’s done well in another racing series. I think a lot is up in the air around his NASCAR career, which has always been his dream since he was a child,” the source said.
Muniz has also opened up about his struggles on Instagram. He said his last six weeks have been a “nightmare” and that he was praying for things to get better.
Muniz said, “Everything felt heavy, unclear, and like it was falling apart at the same time. I wouldn’t wish this season on anyone.”
Muniz began his racing career in 2004 as a celebrity contestant before competing in the open-wheel series from 2006 to 2009. He made his Craftsman Truck Series debut in 2025.
According to the Page Six source, Muniz’s divorce from Paige Price has also taken a toll on him. The source connected the situation to the “rock bottom” Muniz referenced in one of his posts.
“He’s getting a divorce, and he was trying to keep it cordial. He lives in Arizona, and he would fly to Concord from Arizona in the morning, so he’d leave there at like 3 a.m.,” the source said.
The source also claimed that Muniz’s demanding racing schedule added pressure during the marriage, although Muniz has not publicly attributed the end of his marriage to his racing career.
Following Muniz’s cryptic posts, Price also shared a post on social media. She said, “Life is all about perspective. If you ask the grass, the zebra is the monster and the lion is the protector.”
In July, Muniz announced that he and Price would end their marriage after seven years. They share a 5-year-old son, Mauz, and have said they intend to co-parent.
