Oasis star Liam Gallagher took to his X account to target Gary Neville. He wrote two back-to-back foul-mouthed posts following Manchester City’s derby win.

Gallagher wrote, “Gary Neville is a sh*t c*nt, but he knew that anyway that ref is a shit cunt utd are shit cunts MCFC LG x.”

Soon after, he wrote another short post targeting Neville. Gallagher added, “A Bury c*nt at that.”

The singer shocked fans after his unfiltered posts on X following the match between arch rivals. He appeared to take issue with Gary Neville after the final whistle, according to Metro U.K. However, it’s unclear why Liam was targeting Neville.

Following his reaction, fans were quick to respond. One X user wrote, “Not a Gary Neville fan then, Liam. Burnage vs Bury crossover, this is top tier stuff haha.”

Another said, “Bro, you’re just jealous because @lfc have more trophies.” One user said, “I’m getting the feeling Liam’s not a fan of Man Utd.”

According to ESPN, Manchester City won 1-0 after Erling Haaland scored a goal in the second half. His goal came after Enzo Fernández attempted to head from an offside position. Manchester United boss Michael Carrick described the decision as “staggering.”

Following the match, Neville supported his belief that Arsenal are likely to win this season while Manchester City can challenge them. He told Sky Sports, “If they don’t pick up injuries, Manchester City they can give Arsenal a real run. I still think Arsenal are better, but City have improved enormously with the signings they made at the end of the window.”

Liam Gallagher’s brother Noel Gallagher was spotted celebrating Manchester City’s win against arch-rivals Manchester United.

Liam’s reaction came days after Oasis teased fans with their 2027 tour.
