Fans love Seth Rogen for his signature raunchy comedies, stoner persona, and distinctive, raspy laugh. Beyond all that, everyone also knows that he is a massive Bravo fan, and he showed that side when he posted a selfie with West Wilson. However, the post sparked backlash, and the actor has now responded to the criticism.
Seth Rogen addresses his photo with ‘Summer House’ alum West Wilson
As we know, West Wilson remains a controversial star from Summer House, so fans wanted to know why Seth Rogen shared a selfie with him. The actor finally ended the wait by answering the question during a red carpet event with E! News.
Rogen said, “Just because I take a picture with a reality star, I do not condone their actions. I view these people as characters on a TV show I like, and I don’t always agree with what they’re doing. But most appreciate the fact that I like the show.”
“That being said, there are some reality people I would not take a picture with at all. But I don’t know, I was in a good mood at that moment. I was excited to see him. But no, I don’t know, of all the controversies swirling around reality TV these days, theirs is pretty minor, I would argue.” He added
For context, Seth Rogen and West Wilson crossed paths at the Creative Arts Emmys, where the reality TV star served as a presenter. During the event, the comedian took a selfie with West backstage. There have been no reports of the two meeting before, and no other photos of them together have surfaced apart from this selfie.
For context, West Wilson has remained surrounded by controversy because of his love triangle and alleged betrayal of his friends. The TV personality has faced accusations of dating multiple women at the same time. After all the drama and controversy, reports emerged in June 2026 that West Wilson would not return for Season 11 of Summer House.
