Matt Rife Issued Dark Warning Over Annabelle’s New Home

Matt Rife has faced chilling warnings after taking charge of the infamous Annabelle doll. Paranormal experts have raised concerns about his plans for the Warren Occult Museum. Some warned that opening the property could create serious risks.

As per Daily Mail, Rife and YouTuber Elton Castee became caretakers of the Warren collection in 2025. The collection includes Annabelle and roughly 750 allegedly haunted artefacts. The pair also acquired Ed and Lorraine Warren’s former home and museum.

Rife has planned to reopen the property for overnight stays and museum tours. The Matt Rife Annabelle project has attracted excitement from horror fans. However, several paranormal figures have urged caution about the plans.

Paranormal investigator Philip Siracusa issued one particularly serious warning. He said “dark energy can manipulate people” while discussing the property. Siracusa also claimed the museum may have “chosen” its new caretakers.

Siracusa expressed concern about allowing visitors inside the property. He described public access as a “risk” because of alleged supernatural forces. He warned, “People are going to get hurt. It’s a recipe for disaster.”

Chris McKinnell, Ed and Lorraine Warren’s grandson, also questioned Rife’s plans. He said the location “was never meant to be a public attraction.” Instead, he described it as a “controlled environment” for research and protection.

McKinnell also warned that researchers are dealing with forces they do not understand. He urged Rife to seek guidance before proceeding with the project. His concerns focused on both the collection and the planned public access.

Psychic medium Matt Fraser issued another warning about the Annabelle museum. He claimed public attention could increase what he described as dangerous supernatural energy. “This is not just an old doll; it is a vessel tied to dark, earthbound energy,” Fraser said.

The Annabelle warning comes after the doll returned to headlines following investigator Dan Rivera’s death. Authorities determined Rivera’s death was natural, and Annabelle was not present when he died.

For now, Rife remains committed to sharing the Warren collection with visitors. His plans have nevertheless sparked intense debate among paranormal experts. The future of the Haunted Warren Museum remains closely watched.
