Molly Rainford, the EastEnders actress known for playing Anna Knight, has shared a story from Celebrity Race Across the World that she probably wishes she could forget. What started as a bad stomach day during her travels with fiancé Tyler West ended with Molly in tears and one very embarrassing confession.

The incident happened after Molly and Tyler had crossed a checkpoint in El Salvador and checked into a hotel. Tyler suggested they order sushi, which Molly later joked was perhaps not the best idea in Central America.
The next morning, Molly woke up, worked out and spoke to their parents over FaceTime. But after taking just one bite of breakfast, she knew something was wrong.
“I profusely threw up all day. It got to a point in the evening where I thought, ‘Oh, I’m over it!’… and then I trusted a fart.”
Speaking on the Chloe Vs The World podcast, Molly admitted she wasn’t the only person on the show with a memorable bathroom story.
“Everyone shares poo stories. Everyone poos!”
Tyler remembered the moment rather differently. He said Molly walked into the living room and told him she wasn’t feeling well.
“Then she farts and, all of a sudden, doesn’t say anything. She just looks at me, not blinking, with tears coming down her face.”
“Then she goes, ‘I just s**t myself.’”
Thankfully, Tyler didn’t leave her to deal with the situation alone. He revealed that he even “put her knickers in the bin,” prompting host Chloe Burrows to respond: “That’s love!”
The embarrassing moment is just one part of Molly and Tyler’s journey together. The pair first met while competing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2022, although they had different professional dance partners.
They began dating in March 2023, moved in together in early 2024 and got engaged during a trip to Mykonos in August 2025. They have now been together for more than three years and are planning their wedding.
