Jennifer Lawrence Admits Cosmetic Procedure She Wants but ‘Can’t’ Get

Jennifer Lawrence, the Oscar-winning actress best known for playing Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games, is opening up about the beauty treatments she uses and the cosmetic procedure she secretly wishes she could get. While she is comfortable with “baby Botox,” the 36-year-old actress says her fame makes one particular procedure difficult to pursue without fans noticing.

Jennifer Lawrence says she gets ‘baby Botox’ but is too nervous to undergo buccal fat removal

In a new interview with Vogue, Lawrence said she uses small amounts of Botox but does not want to lose movement in her face.

“I can’t really get very much done. I need to have movement in my face – I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot.”

She also relies on facials to keep her skin looking fresh, saying, “If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty.”

However, Lawrence revealed that there is one procedure she would love to try: buccal fat removal, which is a plastic surgery that reduces fullness in the cheeks for a more sculpted look. Her concern is that the change would be highly noticeable. Regarding this, she said, “I would love to have a buccal fat removal. I can’t because everybody would know, but just know that I want that.”

The actress also shared details of her skincare routine, including Tretinoin cream. When retinol causes redness, she uses Desitin diaper rash cream to calm her skin. Jennifer said, “I fell for that Desitin, the diaper cream at night, which I do stand by – not permanently, because it’s not moisturizing.”

She also mentioned, “But when you’re going up on retinol and your face gets red, sleeping in the Desitin, I noticed that it did make my pores smaller and it healed the redness.”

Lawrence has previously spoken about wanting a breast enhancement after her second pregnancy, saying, “Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one. Second one, nothing bounced back,” in an interview with the New Yorker.

Jennifer has also admitted that beauty appointments are not her favorite way to spend time. “It’s not relaxing. It’s not fun.” According to her, “It’s really, really boring. It takes so long.”
