A Los Angeles judge has rejected Brown’s request for additional time to provide financial information, allowing the plaintiff to continue pursuing his earnings, royalties, and tour-related income.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles judge rejected Brown’s request for another month to provide a list of his income sources to Maria Avila. The judge had previously ordered him to disclose details about his earnings, including money from his current tour with Usher.
The latest ruling comes as Avila moves into the collection stage of the case. A judge has also granted her request to seek money from Brown’s royalties and tour earnings toward the $13 million judgment.
That could include the amount Brown is paid per concert, appearance fees, merchandise sales and YouTube revenue. Some of his earnings from the nationwide tour with Usher could therefore go toward the amount he owes.
The case began after Avila sued Brown over an alleged 2020 dog attack at his Los Angeles home. Brown denied wrongdoing, but a jury found him liable and awarded Avila the $13 million judgment after the incident left her with severe injuries.
Brown objected to Avila’s efforts to access his earnings, but the judge was not persuaded. It remains unclear whether he will ask the court to reconsider the decision or appeal the ruling.
For now, Avila can continue pursuing Brown’s royalties and tour-related income as she seeks to collect the judgment. The ruling could put further pressure on Brown as Avila continues efforts to recover the substantial judgment awarded in the case. The outcome could also determine how much of his future earnings may be redirected toward satisfying the judgment.
