Mandel made the confession during a recent episode of his Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast, which featured digital creator and The Clock It Podcast host Camilla Araujo as a guest. The America’s Got Talent judge shared some unexpected revelations, stating, “The truth is — I got so embarrassed the last time — I have this lady that gives me tuggies. I pay like $25, and I get hand jobs.”
Following Mandel’s revelation, Shultz responded, telling her father, “I don’t have any thoughts on this. I’m always so uncomfortable when you make these jokes. This is not like a father-daughter conversation usually.”
She then asked if such behavior amounted to cheating. Araujo responded, “Yes.” After learning Mandel was still married, Araujo reacted with surprise and asked, “Oh my God, wait, you’re like actively married?” He replied, “Yeah, I’ve been married for like, 48 years.”
Mandel later suggested that his confession was actually a joke. A photo sent to the Daily Mail by his representative showed him pointing at his wife, who was wearing a glove and holding $25 in cash. Speaking to Page Six, his representative said, “This joke is part of his stand-up routine, but what makes it even funnier is that he’s famously a germaphobe and, by his own account, has never even had a massage. Also, his 42-year-old daughter and his wife are in on the joke, which makes it even funnier!”
