Stephen Bear has been sentenced to 16 months in prison after breaching a restraining order protecting former partner Georgia Harrison. The former Celebrity Big Brother winner admitted repeatedly posting about Harrison despite being legally barred from doing so. The court also imposed a new indefinite restraining order.

Bear appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday for sentencing. The 36-year-old admitted violating a restraining order linked to his previous conviction. Prosecutors said hr posted about Harrison across several social media platforms between March and July 2025. Those posts allegedly included degrading remarks and encouraged others to comment about her.
The Crown Prosecution Service said the material appeared on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Harrison provided investigators with screenshots and screen recordings as evidence. The court sentenced Bear to 16 months in prison. He was also handed a new restraining order preventing contact with Harrison indefinitely.
The latest sentence followed Bear’s 2023 conviction in a separate case. He was found guilty of filming a private sexual video without Harrison’s consent. The footage was later shared on his OnlyFans account. That conviction resulted in a 21-month prison sentence, placement on the sex offenders register, and a five-year restraining order.
Speaking after the sentencing, Harrison thanked Essex Police for their handling of the case. She said officers treated the matter as “the serious crime it is” rather than “a celebrity story.” Harrison also said many women facing similar situations do not always receive the same response. She praised investigators for acting after the restraining order was breached.
Following her original case, Harrison became a prominent campaigner against violence toward women and girls. She was appointed an MBE in 2025 for her advocacy work. Detective Constable Swarv Stafin said Bear’s conduct should never be considered acceptable. He also encouraged anyone experiencing harassment to report it to police.
