The TikTok user claimed Beau had allegedly been dishonest about his age. They also questioned why he reportedly celebrated his 40th birthday on his 37th birthday. The creator suggested Beau had multiple bankruptcies before turning 35.
Court documents reportedly obtained by RadarOnline in 2019 showed Beau filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The filing reportedly took place in Los Angeles two years earlier. However, Stassi appeared to push back against the renewed online discussion.
“And yeah, a lot of people had to file for bankruptcy back then,” Stassi replied. She also added, “And yes, we are both terrible.” Her response appeared to address the criticism without directly discussing specific details.
The renewed conversation came as Stassi and Beau returned to reality television. Their new Hulu series, House of Stassi, focuses partly on their marriage and family life. The couple shares daughter Hartford and son Messer.
Beau opened up about relationship struggles during the show’s premiere. He reportedly discussed feeling disconnected from Stassi after becoming a parent. He also described feeling like the couple had become roommates.
“I just got so detached from her that it’s like we’re roommates,” Beau said. He also admitted, “I don’t feel worthy.” His comments highlighted some of the personal challenges explored throughout the new series.
