Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have reached a joint agreement to co-parent their 7-month-old daughter, Scottie. The former couple shared that Scottie’s well-being remains their shared priority as they move forward as co-parents. The update came just over two months after Davidson and Hewitt split in May.

According to PEOPLE, Davidson and Hewitt released a joint statement confirming they had reached an agreement concerning their daughter. The statement read, “We are cooperatively coparenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us.”
Scottie was born in December 2025, a few months after Davidson and Hewitt confirmed their relationship. The baby girl was named after Davidson’s late father, Scott Matthew Davidson, while Rose comes from Hewitt’s middle name.
The parenting update marks a new chapter for the former couple after a challenging few months. Before the split was confirmed, reports suggested the pair had been trying to work through relationship struggles after welcoming their daughter.
But they ultimately ended their relationship five months after Scottie’s birth. Following their break-up, Hewitt spoke candidly about the realities of motherhood. She described the emotional and physical demands of caring for a newborn while balancing work.
Following the breakup, a source told PEOPLE that Hewitt had been adjusting to life as a single mother. The source said she was carrying the “full mental load of motherhood” and was “talking about the day-to-day reality of raising her baby largely on her own while also trying to continue working and building stability for herself and her daughter.”
Separate reports also claimed Davidson continued to cover expenses related to Scottie, including health insurance and other living costs. However, the comedian did not publicly address those claims.
