Fox News Host Abruptly Ends Interview as Congressional Candidate Calls Out Donald Trump

Fox News abruptly ended a political interview after Florida congressional candidate Oliver Larkin redirected a question toward Donald Trump. The tense exchange spread online after Larkin brought up the Epstein files and accused the president of wrongdoing.

Oliver Larkin spoke of the Epstein Files and was quickly taken off air

During an appearance on Fox News’ The Story, Larkin faced questions about crimes involving undocumented immigrants. A clip of the incident has been circulating online. It showed the host asking how many children could be sexually assaulted before Larkin would reconsider his position on immigration.

Larkin shifted the discussion to Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. “We need to hold this pedophile Donald Trump accountable,” he said. He then criticized people he claimed were implicated in the Epstein files and questioned the Justice Department’s handling of the records.

The host began talking over Larkin after he mentioned Trump. He said, “Okay, okay,” told the candidate he was “done,” and ended the interview. Larkin later shared the exchange on his X account.

Larkin’s statement reflected his allegation, not an established finding. Trump has consistently denied wrongdoing related to Epstein. The Justice Department said in January that it released more than 3 million additional pages and complied with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. However, critics have continued questioning whether officials disclosed all responsive material.

Meanwhile, Fox News’ official page confirms that Larkin appeared on The Story. The network’s posted clip focused on his support for calls to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu under an International Criminal Court warrant and his criticism of the war with Iran. It did not include the Epstein exchange circulating online.

Larkin is a union organizer and Democratic congressional candidate challenging Rep. Jared Moskowitz in South Florida. He has criticized Moskowitz as too moderate and made Epstein-related transparency part of his campaign messaging.

The confrontation follows other disputes over the records. A Fox News host previously challenged Trump’s exoneration claim, while an NPR investigation alleged that the Justice Department withheld or removed Trump-related material from a public release. Trump has continued to maintain that the files clear him.

The viral clip turned an immigration debate into a confrontation over Trump and the Epstein files. The host ended the segment before Larkin could finish his response.
