Sam Asghari has admitted he will never be known as anything other than Britney Spears’ husband.
The music icon and Asghari married after 6 years of dating in 2022 and divorced in 2023.

Asghari, who is Spears’ third ex-husband, does not believe the “Mr. Britney Spears” label will ever disappear. Consequently, he told Page Six, “Never going to happen.” The two met in 2016 on the set of the “Slumber Party” music video and hit it off. Asghar stood by Spears for the dissolution of a 13-year conservatorship.
The two were hitched in 2022 and divorced in 2023. Their marriage was under heavy public scrutiny; A-list stars, including Madonna and Drew Barrymore, attended it. Asghari was a source of support throughout their relationship.
Asghari’s life, however, is back on track after the divorce. He has been in a relationship with Brooke Irvine for nearly two years. The couple lives in Los Angeles. Asghari’s life as a Hollywood star also seems to be progressing well. He is playing the “baddest guy” in a new movie starring John Travolta, called “The Gentleman Thief.”
In a beautiful moment of clairvoyance, the former fitness instructor realizes that he is living his dream. “I never imagined that one day I’d be sharing the screen with him,” he said of Travolta.
Meanwhile, Spears continues spiralling. She was recently arrested for DUI and had been to rehab. The singer also attracted attention when she was seen standing over the uncovered hood of her SUV in Los Angeles. As comments about responsibility and concerns about safety surfaced, she said, “Nothing is what it seems.”
Asghari recently said Spears is just as oppressed as the women in Iran.
While Asghari continues to take greater strides into the future, Spears seems to struggle to manage her present.
