Cru Eaton is legally challenging a temporary stalking injunction obtained by Taylor Frankie Paul. Eaton has denied the allegations, and an objection hearing is scheduled for August 7.

Taylor and Cru Eaton are set to appear in court after the stalking injunction was challenged

Eaton, 33, is pushing back against a temporary stalking injunction against him that Taylor Frankie Paul has obtained. Paul had filed for the injunction over Eaton’s pattern of toxic behavior. She has declared that Eaton has been posting private videos and text messaging about her on TikTok.

According to court documents obtained by Us Magazine, the injunction prohibits Eaton from engaging in conduct that could constitute stalking or harassment. It is unclear if Eaton has to take down existing posts for the future hearing.

Eaton reportedly requested an objection hearing, denying the allegations against him. The hearing is scheduled for August 7. A source also claimed that those close to Eaton wanted to address the public allegations against him while he remains bound by the existing injunction.

The source noted that they wanted to settle allegations brought by Eaton’s ex-girlfriend Julie Theis. Theis and Eaton started dating after they first met on the set of Secrets & Soulmates in 2025. She also moved to Utah, spending two months with Eaton.

However, on July 9, Theis decided to post a video that linked Eaton to several offenses. This included allegations that Eaton was a toxic boyfriend. The source, however, claims that claims of Eaton being a “woman hater, woman abuser, dog killer” were “1,000 percent false”. They also denied allegations that Eaton was responsible for Theis’s dog’s death. Eaton is also accused of having poisoned the mother of his child.

The source also explained that the pair’s relationship ended due to a “difference in values”. The split was also augmented by disputes around the time to declare themselves as boyfriend-girlfriend officially.

“Cru’s family [has been] attacked and his name slandered to millions; he has gotten death threats and hate mail, and it has affected job opportunities,” the source said. They also denied the poisoning claim, saying that Eaton and his child’s mother “are better than ever”.

The August 7 hearing could be another turning point in the case.
