A source close to Kayla told Page Six that the reality TV personality has her sights set on DWTS, calling it a natural next move in her career. “Kayla Nicole would love to appear on ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ It would be the next natural step in her career,” the source said.
Nicole reportedly had an opportunity to pitch herself in person at the inaugural TIME100 Sports Gala in New York City on July 16. There she crossed paths with longtime DWTS pro Witney Carson. It is not clear if any conversation about a potential spot actually happened. However, the timing lines up with growing buzz around her reality TV ambitions.
Unfortunately for Nicole, the timing doesn’t quite work out for an immediate shot at Dancing With the Stars. Its Season 35 already has its cast partially set, with the full lineup set to be revealed on “Good Morning America” on September 2. This means the host of The Pre-Game with Kayla Nicole podcast wouldn’t be able to make it this season even if she does land a spot.
This isn’t Nicole’s first rodeo when it comes to competition-based reality TV. She won Season 3 of Fox’s “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” in 2025. She has also publicly pitched herself for other reality opportunities, including a playful TikTok campaign in March this year.
The fresh reality TV buzz comes just weeks after Nicole’s ex, Travis Kelce, married Taylor Swift in a high-profile ceremony on July 3.
