Amber Rose filed a lawsuit against a members-only club claiming that a holiday ornament fell on her head. The American model alleged that she felt dizzy after the incident on New Year’s Eve.
Amber Rose alleges the club failed to safely secure the decoration
Amber Rose was at Gravitas in Beverly Hills on New Year’s Eve 2024. During her visit, a holiday decoration allegedly fell on her head. Now, the model has decided to sue the club over the incident. According to TMZ, the legal documents state that “solid, oversized decorative spheres” fell on her head. The decorations were massive and were placed specially for the holiday season.
The ornament, reportedly positioned directly above her, suddenly fell, causing her to feel dizzy. She was also allegedly knocked unconscious for a short time. The 42-year-old model allegedly experienced headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, confusion, and neck pain. She went to Cedars-Sinai for a checkup, where doctors allegedly diagnosed her with a sore neck, a hematoma (goose egg), and other injuries.
In her lawsuit, the model alleged that she suffered physical injuries as well as mental and emotional distress. The legal complaint was filed on grounds of the club’s alleged negligence, and she is reportedly asking for unspecified compensation for the damages caused by the incident.
Beyond her modeling career, Amber Rose has also made headlines for her support of Donald Trump and the MAGA movement. She publicly endorsed Trump and urged Americans to support him.
The lawsuit was filed by Rose months after the alleged incident. Gravitas is a private members-only club in Beverly Hills that hosts exclusive events attended by high-profile guests, including celebrities and entrepreneurs.
Neither Rose nor a Gravitas spokesperson has addressed the situation publicly. The court has yet to make any decision on the case.
