Gleb Savchenko made a painful claim against his ex-wife. He alleged that Samodanova is undermining his role as a father in his own daughter’s life.
According to TMZ, Savchenko alleged that Samodanova has been using their daughter Zlata’s Instagram account in a way that he believes is distancing him from their daughter.
Savchenko alleged that his last name had been removed from her account and claimed that these changes were made by Samodanova. The choreographer also said she is posting stories through Zlata’s account praising her fiancée, Vlad Kvartin, who is also a “Dancing with the Stars” alum.
According to TMZ, in a recent Instagram story reposted on Zlata’s account, Zlata was sitting on Kvartin’s shoulders while they both were smiling in the picture. The caption read, “My dad that stepped up #stepdad.”
This was shared before the alleged name change claimed by Savchenko. The painful claim comes as the choreographer alleges that he is being sidelined from his daughter’s life while another father figure is being embraced publicly.
Earlier this week, Gleb alleged that Elena had kept their daughters in Hong Kong beyond their planned stay of one year. Pushing back the claims, Elena said their daughters have built a life there and claimed Savchenko has canceled Olivia’s return ticket while she is staying with the choreographer in California.
Savchenko filed an emergency petition seeking temporary sole custody of their elder daughter, Olivia. He also filed the Hague Convention petition, seeking Zlata’s return to the U.S. The former couple continues to battle over custody of their daughters. Samodanova declined to comment, citing that the matter is in court.
