Crispin Glover’s legal dispute with his former girlfriend escalated again after new court documents offered a dramatically different account of what happened when their relationship ended. The latest filing alleged that the confrontation began over a locked bedroom and ended with police involvement, jail time, and two competing versions of the same incident.
The “Charlie’s Angels” actor and his ex have been locked in a bitter legal battle since their split in early 2024. While Glover has maintained he was the victim, his former girlfriend has now claimed she was the one who was attacked after trying to retrieve her belongings and cats from his Los Angeles home.

Court documents obtained by TMZ alleged that Glover’s former girlfriend moved from the U.K. to Los Angeles with her cats after he invited her to live with him. She claimed the relationship eventually broke down and that he locked her out of the bedroom where she had been staying.
She alleged that Glover later agreed she could return to collect her belongings. However, when she entered the room to retrieve her cats, she claimed the “Back to the Future” actor physically attacked her before falsely portraying her as an intruder and calling the police. She said the incident resulted in her spending several nights in jail.
The filing also alleged that Glover later sought a restraining order against her. That request was ultimately dismissed after he failed to appear in court, TMZ reported.
The woman further claimed Glover continued monitoring her social media after the alleged incident and even sent birthday messages saying he wished things had turned out differently. She argued that those actions contradicted his claim that he feared her.
She also repeated allegations that Glover attempted to turn her into his personal “sex slave,” leaving her traumatized and fearing for her safety. The lawsuit further alleged he launched a smear campaign that damaged both her reputation and mental health.
Glover has firmly denied those claims. TMZ previously reported that the actor called the lawsuit a money-driven “shakedown” and insisted the pair had been in a consensual romantic relationship. He denied employing her or making the promises described in the lawsuit.
Glover also alleged his former girlfriend became erratic after he refused her request to tell people they had married in an Islamic ceremony. He claimed she later returned with another man who threatened him before she physically attacked him, prompting him to call 911.
