Kim Kardashian is seeking to extend the court orders for her protection against her alleged stalker. She claims the stalker continues to violate the restraining order, prompting her latest court request.
Kim Kardashian’s lawyers asked a judge to renew her restraining order, alleging Nicholas Costanza continues violating court restrictions despite the existing order
Kardashian’s lawyers, Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels, have asked the court to extend the protection order against Nicholas Costanza. According to TMZ, the lawyers want the court to extend the restraining order, as the stalker has not changed or shown any improvement.
In July 2021, the order was issued in favor of Kim Kardashian for protection when she claimed that Plan B and a diamond ring were sent by the stalker. She claims that since the last order, the stalker’s “delusional beliefs, anger, and obsession have not improved.”
According to the reports, Kim described various instances where Costanza has violated the restraining orders. She recalls him continuously texting in the last few years, and he allegedly tweeted her 80 times.
In September 2024, Costanza unlawfully entered her house and claimed that he had bought the house with her. She also added that Costanza posted on social media about her writing, “I am not going to f*** your Mother or Sisters unless you give me permission too Kimberly Babe.” Soon after the post, he was arrested on the charges, including stalking, possession of methamphetamine, and burglary.
The reality star wants the court to grant her an extension of protection. Additionally, she wants to include her family members in her protection.
However, there are no official comments from Kim or her lawyers. The court is yet to decide on the filing by the reality star.
