In the Instagram photo posted on June 23, the 32-year-old pop star is seen wearing a red-and-white gingham dress and boots while sitting down to pet a dog. The image quickly drew attention online, with users on X urging her to delete the post, including one comment saying, “Oh Ariana needs to delete that Instagram post ASAP.”
As comments continued to pour in, Ariana eventually turned them off on Instagram but did not delete the post. Instead, she shared a throwback clip on her Instagram story featuring a skit with Victorious co-star Elizabeth Gillies, as per OK! Magazine, parodying Showgirls and seemingly poking fun at the mishap. In the clip, Gillies’ character compliments Grande’s appearance, saying, “You have great t***, they’re really beautiful,” to which Grande’s character responds, “Thank you.”
The exchange quickly sent fans into a frenzy, with many finding the timing of the clip hilarious. A fan wrote, “Would have been very understandable if she had deleted that photo, but embracing it is soooo funny like yeah it kinda is just a boob whooooo cares.” Another commented, “There are many reasons I love Ariana Grande, but one of them is she’s funny as hell.
