Kylie Kelce is getting candid about one downside of life in one of America’s most famous sports families. The podcast host recently admitted that while her daughters often laugh about public attention, there are moments when the spotlight becomes a little too bright.
During the June 4 episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie opened up about raising four young girls while navigating the fame that comes with being married to former NFL star Jason Kelce. And while fan encounters are usually harmless, she revealed they have started shaping her children’s view of the world in ways she never expected.

When asked whether her daughters enjoy their family’s public profile, Kylie immediately pushed back on the idea.
“First of all, yuck. Oh, God. That’s terrible,” she joked before explaining that daughters, Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Finn, mostly find the attention amusing.
According to Kylie, the girls have even turned fan interactions into a game. After hearing strangers ask, “Are you Jason Kelce?” while out in public, the children reportedly began repeating the question at home and playfully pretending to be excited fans themselves.
While she laughed about those moments, Kylie admitted there was a more serious side to the experience. She said it saddened her that her daughters had already become aware of their father’s celebrity status.
“It makes me sad that this is the reality,” Kylie shared on the podcast, adding that she wants her children to have as normal a childhood as possible.
That balancing act has become even more complicated as the Kelce family continues to attract widespread attention. Jason’s brother, Travis Kelce, remains one of the NFL’s biggest stars and is reportedly preparing to marry Taylor Swift, one of the world’s most recognizable entertainers. Travis’ status as one of football’s biggest stars, and the intense global attention surrounding his relationship with Taylor, public interest in the family has reached another level.
While Kylie acknowledged that her daughters often find fan interactions amusing, she suggested there is an emotional toll that comes with constantly being watched in public. For young children still learning how the world works, that kind of attention can sometimes feel overwhelming rather than exciting.
Still, Kylie explained that she and Jason make a conscious effort to create separation between their public lives and their children.
