Khloe Kardashian is officially deep in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance rabbit hole. The reality star admitted she has serious questions about the investigation after discussing the case on her podcast this week.
The conversation happened during Wednesday’s episode of “Khloé in Wonderland,” where Kardashian and Crime Junkie host Ashley Flowers unpacked the baffling disappearance of Savannah Guthrie’s mother, who has now been missing for more than 100 days.

“Nancy Guthrie, I mean, is that not heartbreaking?” Khloe said during the episode, according to Us Weekly. “I don’t know. I’m just like, this is 2026. There is nothing? That is mind-blowing.”
The Kardashians star admitted she tends to lean “conspiratorial” when following true crime stories, and she specifically questioned how little information has surfaced publicly despite the amount of technology available today.
Khloe also referenced the bizarre ransom notes reportedly sent to multiple media outlets early in the investigation. “How weird was that?” she asked while speaking with Flowers. “It’s so much, and I just can’t understand that in 2026 there’s not one piece of information. They’re not telling us.”
At one point, Khloe also brought up speculation involving Savannah Guthrie’s brother-in-law, Tommaso Cioni, after rumors circulated online earlier in the case. However, authorities have already cleared the entire Guthrie family, including Cioni, of any involvement in Nancy’s disappearance.
Nancy Guthrie, 84, vanished from her Tucson, Arizona home on February 1. Surveillance footage later released by the FBI showed a masked man outside the property on the night she disappeared, but investigators have still not publicly identified a suspect.
The mystery surrounding the case has only intensified as the investigation stretches past the 100-day mark. DNA evidence recovered from the property is still being analyzed.
Khloe Kardashian’s comments arrived just days after Savannah shared an emotional Mother’s Day tribute dedicated to her missing mom. “We will never stop looking for you,” the Today host wrote on Instagram. “We will never be at peace until we find you.”
Meanwhile, neighbors in the Catalina Foothills community recently issued a statement asking the public to respect the family’s privacy while the investigation continues.
